About BarmajTek: how we work and what you get
At BarmajTek we build systems for clinics, gyms, restaurants, shops, teachers and maintenance crews, and platforms shaped to the organizations that need them. We show them here with their real screens so you can judge them yourself before you talk to us. Because we run the ready systems ourselves, we know what reception needs at rush hour and the accountant at month-end. In every system each staff member sees what their work needs, and your organization's data stays separate from everyone else's.
How we work, step by step
For each step: what happens, what you receive at the end of it, and who takes part from your side.
We understand your business first
We meet once, before any proposal or price, and ask you to describe an ordinary day in your business as it really runs: who receives the patient, the order or the member, who records and who invoices, and where work slows down or details get lost. Then we ask about your most important record, the invoice, the medical file or the membership, because we build the system around it.

- A written description of what has to change, in your own words, and a frank opinion: a ready system that fits, a platform we build for you, or a no if the request is outside what we do.
- Who takes part from your side
- The owner or manager, together with the people who do the daily work: reception, the technician or the accountant, because the details that matter sit with them.
A written scope before any work
Before any development starts we write the scope: a short page that sets what is inside the project and what stays out, who on your team will use each part, and what the system connects to, such as payments, invoicing or messaging. You read it at your own pace, change what you like, then approve it once, so no work starts on an assumption you never made and the cost never surprises you later.

- Who takes part from your side
- Whoever holds the decision on scope and cost on your side, so the scope is approved once.
You try every stage yourself
We split the project into consecutive stages, each one short and ending in a real screen you open on your own device and hand to the people who will work on it every day: the receptionist, the technician or the accountant. They use it the way they will after launch, so they find what it lacks while it can still change, and we fix it before the next stage begins. You never wait for the end of the project to see the result.

We launch, and stay with you
For us, launch is the start of a long relationship. Before it we sit with everyone who will use the system and train them on their screens; in the first weeks we watch the system in use and deal with whatever comes up in good time. After that no update reaches you until we have tested it, and when your business grows or changes the way it works we add what the system needs, so it stays with you for years.

Your data stays yours
Your data remains yours, and you can export it when you need it. If we build you a platform, you own that too.

Each organization sees only its own data, and each staff member sees what their work needs. We test that isolation before every release.

Questions about how we work
Who owns the platform you build for me?
You do. On the platforms we build, the code and the accounts belong to the platform owner, and the contract sets what we handle after handover, such as hosting or support. On the ready systems your data stays yours, and you export it whenever you need it.
Do you support the system after launch?
Yes. We train your team before launch, test every update before it reaches them, and watch the system in use. When your business changes we keep developing it with you, and the contact page stays your way to reach us at any time.
Can I start with a ready system and adapt it to my business?
Yes. You start with the ready system as it is and set what fits your business, such as settings and templates. If your business needs its own rules or a different integration, we build it as a separate project whose scope we agree with you first.
