It suits merchants and small brands selling under their name, without an expensive custom build or full reliance on a marketplace. In Shop Tek your store sells from your stock, and orders land in one dashboard on your phone.

How a working day runs

The merchant adds products from the phone (photos, prices, and quantities) and groups them into collections in a store under their brand. They set delivery zones and store pickup, and decide whether their own team delivers. A shopper orders, the purchase comes off the stock, and a sold item stops being available on another page. The store team sees the order in one dashboard and follows it through delivery or pickup. The team reviews cash on delivery or a manual transfer before approving it. If a customer returns an item, the team records it on the same order. At the end of the day the merchant reads the analytics, sets discounts, and exports the catalog and orders at any time.

How it is built

We build the storefront and admin dashboard with Laravel and Vue so both run on the same data, and the dashboard is designed for a phone screen. PostgreSQL with RLS keeps each store's data apart, so one store's admin cannot open another's orders. Realtime updates keep stock and orders in step when both move at once. The platform is ready to connect e-invoicing once activated with an approved provider.
