Who it is for

If your clinic confirms appointments by phone, keeps paper files, and writes invoices after patients leave, this system is for you. It suits private clinics and multi-doctor centers and needs no expensive hardware. In Clinic Tek patients book themselves and get reminders, the doctor writes the visit into the same record, and the invoice comes from the visit data.

How a working day runs

The day starts at reception: the schedule shows appointments patients booked from the link, each with a reminder sent beforehand. Contact-form messages from the clinic's website arrive there too. Patients follow their queue position on their phone and can reschedule from the portal. The doctor opens the visit and finds the history, labs, and imaging, with a clear allergy alert. They dictate the diagnosis or pick a ready template, then write the prescription, which can be verified from its own link. At checkout the invoice comes from the same visit with the insurance share, and the patient can pay it from a link. At the end of the day the owner reviews reports, stock, and partner referrals.

How it is built

We build the team's screens with Laravel and Vue because reception and doctors work in a browser on any device. PostgreSQL with RLS isolates each clinic's data, so one clinic cannot read another's records. Redis handles background work that should not wait for a page load. As a PWA, the patient portal and staff screens open on a phone without a separate app and keep working on a weak connection.
