Who it is for
If you run a startup-support program, your founders are spread across meetings and chats. A founder is unsure of the next step, meeting an investor depends on personal contacts, and government services hide in separate portals. In Riadah 360 the founder follows a clear track of tasks from a phone, and finds mentors, investors and government services in one app.
How a working day runs
The founder starts a new project in the virtual incubator and learns the startup journey through an interactive game that offers tips for building the company. The dashboard sums up the week: new activity, current tasks and completed tasks. The founder moves through tracks such as concept development and product development, and sees the tasks left in each. When they need advice, they get mentoring from experts in law, finance, marketing and technology. They browse nearby incubators and accelerators, investors interested in them and mentors open to helping. They find government services and reports that help organize the business, and follow the company's performance and monthly revenue in charts. The home screen carries news and events.
What makes the difference
- The startup journey becomes tracks and tasks, each with a completion rate, so the founder knows the next step.
- Mentors, investors and incubators sit in one Discover section, so connections stop depending on personal contacts.
- Government services and reports sit on the founder's own path, reached from the journey instead of separate portals.
- Founders follow the company's performance and monthly revenue in charts, next to their tasks in the same app.
How it is built
We chose Flutter because founders follow their journey from a phone, and one codebase runs on different devices. Firestore stores projects, tasks and progress, and Firebase updates the dashboard the moment a task is done. A REST API lets the program's systems and partner organizations exchange the same records with the app.

Questions buyers ask
Does a startup need a physical incubator to benefit?
No. The startup begins its project in the virtual incubator and follows its track, tasks and mentors from a phone. If it wants a space, the Discover section lists nearby incubators and accelerators.
What kind of mentoring can founders find?
The platform's mentoring programs bring experts in law, finance, marketing and technology. Founders browse mentors who are open to helping them in the Discover section and reach them from the same app where they follow their tasks.
Does the platform connect to government services?
Founders find a government services and reports section that helps them organize their business, reached from inside their journey. The platform also has an API that lets partner organizations' systems exchange records with it.
