Gym Tek: Gym management system

Who it is for

If your gym finds expired memberships too late and runs classes and attendance in separate books and sheets, this system is for you. It suits gyms and fitness centers. In Gym Tek the gate checks the membership at every entry, the renewal reminder goes out before the membership ends, and classes, training, and invoices all sit on the member's record.

How a working day runs

The day starts at the gate. A member checks in at the access device, the system checks the membership, and reception sees at once if it has expired. The member books a class from the schedule and joins the waitlist if it is full. Trainers open each member's plan and log progress after the session, and personal-training sessions sit in the same system. Reception bills memberships and records sales at the point of sale. Before any membership ends, the member gets a renewal reminder. At the end of the day you see who came, who stopped coming, and whose membership is about to lapse, so nobody leaves the gym without you noticing.

How it is built

We build the reception and management screens with Laravel and Vue so they run in any browser. PostgreSQL with RLS keeps each gym's data apart. Realtime updates drive the gate and the class list, so a check-in or a move off the waitlist appears without a refresh. As a PWA, it works on phones for staff and members. Reception, trainer, and management roles have separate permissions.
